By using captunes.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Charts and data
Chart positions come from Apple Music’s public marketing feeds and are shown with attribution and links to Apple Music. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Paid promotions never affect chart positions, movement or insights.
Accounts
You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Artist profiles and claims
Profiles for charting artists are created automatically from public data. You may claim a profile only if you are the artist or authorised to act for them. False claims lead to suspension.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload (artwork, text, links). You grant Captunes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display it to operate and promote the service. You confirm you have the rights to it and that it is lawful. We may remove content that is infringing, misleading, hateful or otherwise harmful.
Promotions and payments
- Promotions are clearly labelled “Promoted” (or “#ad” on social media) and are reviewed before going live.
- Prices are shown before checkout and charged by Stripe.
- If we reject a promotion in review, you receive a full refund.
- If you cancel before the placement starts, you receive a full refund.
- After a placement starts it is non-refundable, except that an outage on our side longer than 24 hours during the placement earns a pro-rated credit or extension.
- We do not guarantee any number of plays, streams, clicks or followers.
Acceptable use
No scraping that burdens the service, no attempts to break security, no spam, no impersonation, and no use of the service to violate anyone’s rights or the law.
Third-party services
Links to Apple Music, Spotify and other sites are governed by those services’ terms. Apple Music and Spotify are trademarks of their owners; Captunes is not affiliated with them.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
