For artists

One free page for your music

A Captunes artist profile sends fans to everywhere your music lives, with smart links for each release. It is free.

What your profile gives you

  • Every link in one place

    “Listen on” buttons for Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, TIDAL, Deezer, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Audiomack and YouTube, and “Follow” buttons for Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, Bluesky, Facebook, Twitch and your website. Each button shows fans the site it opens.

  • Release smart links

    A page for each song, EP or album, with buttons to Apple Music, Spotify and more, and click counts in your dashboard. Captunes reviews releases before they go live.

  • Your chart history

    Captunes tracks the Apple Music Top 100 songs and albums in 12 countries every day. If you chart, your history appears on your profile automatically.

  • You stay in control

    Add a bio, genre, location and one photo. Every change is listed in your profile’s activity, profile and link edits can be undone, and you can hide your profile whenever you like.

How it works

  1. Create an account and confirm your email address.
  2. Create your profile: your artist name, genre and, if you like, where you are based.
  3. Add your links, bio and photo. Your profile is public once your email address is confirmed.

One account can manage up to 3 artist profiles. Names of artists who already chart on Apple Music, or whose profile is verified, cannot be reused.

Already on an Apple Music chart?

Captunes already has a page for every artist who has reached one of the charts it tracks. If one of them is you, claim it instead of creating a new profile: a claim is checked by Captunes staff, and an approved claim makes the profile Verified.

Unverified and Verified profiles

UnverifiedA new profile is labelled Unverified: it was created by its owner, and Captunes has not checked who that is. Fans see the label next to the artist’s name.

While a profile is Unverified:

  • search engines are asked not to index it, unless the artist charts or has a published release;
  • links to websites that Captunes cannot vouch for open a short “You’re leaving Captunes” page first, showing where the link goes;
  • anyone can report it, and Captunes staff can hide it.

Verified artistVerified is granted by Captunes staff after checking evidence that the profile belongs to the artist. It is never automatic.

Today a profile becomes Verified when a claim of a chart profile is approved. A way to request verification for any profile is coming soon.

Coming soon

Shows with ticket links, merch links, and a way to connect your own AI assistant so it can keep your profile up to date. None of these are available yet.
